Welcome Returning Players & Incoming Freshmen!

We are looking forward to a fun & rewarding 2024 Football Season.  This will take commitment, determination and dedication from you with a pledge in return from your coaching staff and support from our community.  Check the calendar often for summer training schedules, camp dates and community partnership events.  Updates will also be sent through Band (see the link below if you do not have the band app) and you can find additional info & updates on our team's social media linked at the bottom right of the page.

Strategy for Success

• Practice starts at the time assigned.  That means you are dressed, warmed up & ready not barely arriving

• If you're early, you're on time...If you're on time, you're late.

• Pay attention to sign up deadlines

• Schedule your sports physical in time to be eligible.  Click here for the OSAA sports physical form.

• Help with equipment before and after practice - practice isn't over until everything is put away.

Training Camps & Community Partnership Events

All players are encouraged to participate in all training whether paid in full by the football program or that have additional out of pocket expenses.  We will strive to keep expenses to a minimum for all players.  Players can also:

• Get direct sponsorship by a friend, family member or business

• Get a bottle drop label to be used for sponsorship by a friend, family member or business

All players are encouraged to assist with community partnership events.  This includes camps that the Sheridan football program hosts, events for the benefit of the Sheridan football program, and other events that may come up throughout the summer and season.  Advance notice will be give and players who dedicate their time to community partner events may receive additional SWAG for the 2024 season.

Use the form below to let us know you are interested in playing for the 2024 season.  As part of the Sheridan Football Program, you will be receiving some standard practice and athletic gear for the season made possible through the efforts of Coach Carter and parent/community support.  Only players who commit to playing in the fall will receive gear.
