Parents make it happen!

Parent Participation is fundamental to the Sheridan Football Program. Together, we will work to deliver a striking Football experience for players at all levels. Our goal is to support our players where the district budget is unable to cover, such as:

• Uniforms and team apparel

• Outside Training Camp entry fees for players

• Travel expenses

• Specialized equipment and training aids

• Game day lunches

• Chain Crew

All parents are asked to participate in making the most of the activities available. It is asked that the parents of each player volunteer at least one time for an activity. There are many ways to help and no amount of effort is too small. Feel free to contact us with any help you are available for.

Game-Day Lunch Sign-Up

For each game, 2 team parents (from Varsity & JV) are needed to prep lunch for both Teams. Lunch and drinks will be done brown bag style. We will need parents who can also pre-purchase food items which will be reimbursed by turning receipts in to the main office at the high school.

There are many ways for friends, family & the community to support the Sheridan High Football Program!

• Volunteer to help with program activities above. Add in the notes that you are community member wanting to help.

• Make personal donations. Take advantage of State and Federal tax benefits for charitable donations.

• Contact friends and family that live in Oregon but don’t already participate in this program, you can ask them to donate to the Sheridan High School Football Program.

• Speak with business owners about sponsorship

Chain Crew Sign-Up

For each home game, 2 team parents or family members (from Varsity & JV) are needed on chain crew for both teams. Parents who volunteer and commit to at least two home game chain crews will have one child's player fee waived for the season & receive chain crew apparel.
